Find a Partner in Crime
Whether it's your spouse, another family member, a lifelong friend or a brand new friend you've just made, exercise is much easier if you have someone to do it with.
Having a workout partner keeps each of you accountable to the other, and a little bit of friendly competition goes a very long way. And having someone to chat with will make the miles (or reps!) go by more easily.
